We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Daisy Chemaly & Associates provide many types of services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases from the hospital can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation, No Show, and Rescheduling Policy
As an Oral Surgical Specialty Centre, our day is carefully scheduled with every effort given to allow appropriate time for individualized care of each patient. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been exclusively reserved for you and when it is either short notice cancelled, missed, or rescheduled last minute, that time cannot be used to treat another patient that may be in immediate need of treatment. Avoid cancellation, no show, or rescheduling charges by providing our office with a minimum of 48 hours or 2 full business day notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue helping patients in need of treatment.
If you need to make changes to a scheduled appointment, please speak directly with our receptionists as soon as possible. We do not accept cancellations by email, voice message or answering service. You must contact our office directly during business hours.
A minimum fee of $150.00 or more (depending on appointment service and duration) will apply should you cancel without sufficient notice or no show – this applies to all appointments. Cancellation means less than 48 hours or 2 full business days from the time of surgery.
Please note, if you miss more than one appointment, future bookings and missed appointment fees must be prepaid prior to rescheduling.
